Wrong item, damage, defects, or backlighting concerns
If your item arrives wrong or damaged, or you notice a defect/backlighting issue, contact us within 14 days with photos or a short video. We will typically remake or replace until it is right.

Fitment disclaimer for air cooled Porsche gauge faces
Air cooled Porsche instrument clusters are not as standardized as modern production vehicles. In the 1970-90s Porsche’s total annual vehicle sales were typically in the tens of thousands, not hundreds of thousands, and manufacturing tolerances and tooling variations across years and suppliers can be noticeable. Today Porsche delivers over 300,000 vehicles per year, and fitment standards are far more consistent.
Because of these real world variations, some clusters may have differences in gauge face outline, screw hole positions, and small cutouts. In rare cases, our gauge faces may not align perfectly on a specific cluster even when the model and year are correct.
What this means for your order

Minor fitment differences can exist between two “same year” clusters due to production tolerances, prior repairs, or parts swaps over the last 30 to 50 years.

We strongly recommend a dry fit before final assembly. Place the faces on the carriers and confirm hole alignment before tightening and before reinstalling needles.
Our guarantee
If you experience any alignment issue (holes or perimeter not matching your cluster), we will produce a corrected replacement set. To process a replacement, we will ask for clear photos showing the mismatch and photos of your original faces for reference.
