In stock items ship in 2 to 3 business days.
Backorder items are produced first (typically 2 to 4 weeks depending on our workload) and then shipped.

• US: Free, usually 3 to 7 days (USPS); Priority: $16, 1-3 days (UPS)
• International: $19, usually 1 to 2 weeks (can be up to 5 weeks depending on customs and destination)
• Express: $60 (2-4 days worldwide via UPS)

Custom made items

Custom orders (custom design, color, logos, special backlighting, or made for your exact configuration) are not returnable or refundable once production has started.
If you need to cancel or change a custom order, contact us immediately. Changes are possible before production starts.

Wrong item, damage, defects, or backlighting concerns

If your item arrives wrong or damaged, or you notice a defect/backlighting issue, contact us within 14 days with photos or a short video. We will typically remake or replace until it is right.
