PAYMENTS

We accept payments through PayPal and Stripe. Both are simple, quick and secure. It’s also possible to pay by credit card via Stripe.

We are located in San Diego, California. If you’d like to pick up your order locally, let us know. We also accept Venmo, Zelle and cash.

SHIPPING

Items that we have in stock usually ship within 1-2 business days. We provide free shipping on orders shipped within the United States. The normal shipping time is 3-7 days with USPS.

Shipping to other countries is $16 and can take up to 5 weeks.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We have our own production, and we want to make sure you’re aware of the process and timeline for your order. Typically, production for custom designs takes 3-4 weeks. However, during busy periods, it may extend up to 8 weeks. Each gauge face goes through a complex process: we begin by developing files for our printing equipment, followed by cutting the material and applying 4-11 layers of paint (depending on the model). Afterward, a special anti-glare matte finish is applied. Lastly, each product undergoes a thorough quality control check before being shipped.

For orders within the USA, shipping usually takes 3-7 days. International shipping varies depending on location and is typically handled by standard international post. Once your package reaches your country, it will be transferred to your local postal service. Certain countries, like the UK, Japan, Taiwan, and Singapore, process and deliver international parcels quickly. However, in some countries, such as France, Italy, and Spain, customs clearance can take an additional week or more. While we do our best to ensure a smooth process, we cannot influence the speed of customs.

If you need faster delivery, we offer express shipping for an additional $40, and we’ll be happy to arrange that for you.

DEFECTS AND OTHER ISSUES

We strive to ensure that every item meets our high standards before shipping. However, human factor exists. If you receive a wrong or damaged item, rest assured that we will ship a replacement promptly. Should you find that the item does not meet your expectations, particularly regarding appearance or backlighting, please reach out to us. We learn from each experience and continuously improve our processes based on feedback.
