PAYMENTS

We accept PayPal and Stripe. Both are fast and secure, and you can also pay by credit card through Stripe. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay (when available at checkout).

We are located in San Diego, California. If you’d like to pick up your order locally, let us know. For local pickup only, we can also accept Venmo, Zelle, and cash.

SHIPPING

In stock items usually ship within 1 to 2 business days. We offer free shipping within the United States. Typical US delivery time is 3 to 7 days with USPS.

International shipping is $16. Delivery time depends heavily on the destination. Many EU and Asia countries receive parcels in 1 to 2 weeks, but in some cases delivery can take up to 5 weeks. Remote territories and islands may take longer.

Shipping times are estimates. We cannot control delays caused by customs, postal worker strikes, weather conditions, holidays, or other carrier disruptions.

If you need faster delivery, we offer express shipping for an additional $40.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS

In most cases, we prepay customs duties when possible. However, some customs offices or local postal services may still request an invoice, additional verification, or extra payment.

If you receive any request from customs, email us at info@gaugefaces.com and we will help you resolve it as quickly as possible.

AVAILABLE ON BACKORDER

If a product is marked “Available on backorder”, it means the item is currently out of stock, but you can still place an order. Production typically takes 2 to 4 weeks, depending on our workload.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We have our own production, and we want you to be fully aware of the timeline. Typically, production for custom designs takes 3 to 4 weeks. During busy periods, it may extend up to 8 weeks.

Each gauge face goes through a multi step process: we develop print ready files for our equipment, cut the material, apply 4 to 11 layers of paint depending on the model, add a special anti glare matte finish, and complete a full quality control inspection before shipping.

For US orders, delivery is usually 3 to 7 days. International orders ship via standard international post and are transferred to your local postal service once they arrive in your country. Customs processing varies by destination and may add extra time.

DEFECTS, WRONG ITEMS, AND QUALITY CONCERNS

We inspect every order carefully, but human factor exists.

If you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us and we will ship a replacement promptly.

If you’re not happy with the result especially appearance or backlighting please email us. We learn from every case and continuously improve our process. We are committed to making as many replacements as necessary to get it right.

FITMENT NOTE

Before placing an order, please compare the product image on our website with your original gauge face. If you notice any inconsistencies (layout, icons, scale markings, needle hole position, redline, etc.), contact us and we will help confirm fitment and revise your order if needed.
